How Returns Work
We aim to keep our return process transparent and practical. Because fabrics are often purchased for specific projects, return approval depends on product condition, order type, and whether the item is eligible under the terms below.
Eligible Returns
Unused, unwashed, uncut, and undamaged eligible items may be considered for return when requested within the stated return window and sent back in original packaging where possible.
Non-Return Items
Custom-cut lengths, made-to-order materials, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable are generally not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Inspection, Refunds, and Exchanges
Once an approved return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm condition and eligibility. If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side. If a replacement is available and preferred, we may offer an exchange for the same item or a suitable alternative subject to stock availability.
